Privacy and terms

What we collect

What you put in the request form or tell us on a call: name, phone, email, town, ZIP and details about the job. We also record how you reached the site (for example the search ad or page you came from) and basic device information. Calls to our number are logged with time, length and caller number, and may be recorded after a notice.

Who we share it with

One contractor serving your area, so they can contact you about your request. Service providers that run our forms, phone line, email and analytics, only to operate the service. We don't sell your information or share it with other contractors or marketers.

How long we keep it

Up to three years, so we can track whether requests were handled well. Email requests@litchfieldhomedesk.com to see, correct or delete your information.

Terms of the referral service

Litchfield Hills Home Desk is a free referral service operated by Kennedy Enterprises LLC. We are not a contractor and do not perform generator installation or electrical work. We check licensing and insurance at the time a contractor joins, but we don't supervise or guarantee their work. Any estimate, contract, payment, warranty or dispute is between you and the contractor. We may not be able to place every request. Contractors may pay us for referrals.
